A PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Hormone Therapy Membership Program in Calgary
At Rosie, we support women in perimenopause and menopause through a comprehensive care model built on personalized hormone treatment plans and integrated women's health care.
OUR APPROACH
A clinically structured path to feeling your best.
Rosie uses a membership model designed for continuity, with regular clinician appointments, repeat labs every three months, and ongoing wellness support coordinated proactively, so you feel supported every step of the way.
WEEK 1
Intake & Clinical Screening
An in-depth review of your symptoms, health history, and goals with the Rosie clinical team. If the program is appropriate, you can begin your intake.
WEEK 1–2
Labs & Baseline Assessment
A fasted in-clinic visit for targeted bloodwork and body composition testing. This builds your personal health baseline and guides your treatment plan.
WEEK 2–3
Results & Treatment Protocol
Your clinician reviews your results and walks you through a personalized hormone protocol; timing, dosing, what to monitor, and lifestyle support.
EVERY 3 MONTHS
Follow-up, Labs & Optimization
Hormone balance is dynamic. Quarterly labs, practitioner visits, and protocol adjustments help keep your treatment precisely calibrated over time.
ONGOING CARE
Continuous clinical support
Women’s hormone health is dynamic and influenced by multiple physiological systems. With regular follow-up and a full-system view of how your body responds, we can refine your treatment, help reduce side effects, and help you feel your best.
Regular clinician visits to review progress and adjust treatment
Lab testing every three months to monitor and guide your care
Continuous optimization and refinement of your treatment protocol
Ongoing protocol refinement to keep pace with new results.
Access to additional testing and women’s health services, as needed
Lifestyle guidance around sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement
BEYOND HORMONE THERAPY
Women’s healthcare, beyond hormones
Rosie is not a replacement for your primary care provider, but we do provide support for select primary care needs, such as PAP tests, IUD insertions/removals, and preventative care.
Where clinically appropriate, you'll have access to additional services that support your overall health, including medical weight management, IV therapy and therapeutic injections, advanced diagnostic testing, and guidance on nutrition, stress, and lifestyle. Some of these services are included in membership, while others are available at an additional cost.
COVERAGE
Insurance & medical expense eligibility
Rosie is a private clinic. Many insurance providers cover some or all of the costs associated with consultations, lab testing, and prescriptions, and fees are often eligible under health spending accounts and employee benefit plans. Our team can help you understand your coverage.
MEDICAL EXPENSES
Personal income tax considerations
Some costs associated with your care may be eligible as medical expenses under the Canada Revenue Agency's guidelines. Eligibility can vary, so we recommend speaking with your accountant. Receipts are provided to support your records.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Fees & commitment
Overall fees vary based on your prescribed treatment protocol. These fees support a structured, high-touch approach to care, including lab testing every three months, development and refinement of your treatment plan, regular clinician visits, and ongoing clinical support. A three-month minimum is required, which allows time for proper assessment, treatment initiation, and early adjustments. After this period, care continues on a month-to-month basis. After the initial three-month period, you may cancel your care at any time with 30 days' written notice.
